Following a 55-52 victory at Villanova and a 54-50 victory at the Dunk against 17th ranked Cincinatti, the Friars will look to capture what would be a season-high third straight Big east victory at USF on Wednesday night. The game will be televised on ESPNU and will start at 9pm. This should be an extremely winnable game, as USF is a league-worst 1-10 in conference play this season. PC’s Bryce Cotton continues to lead the league in scoring, averaging 20.9 points per game. Kadeem Batts, LaDontae Henton, and Lee Goldsbrough have also backstopped the Friars efforts defensively, with all three players being pivotal pieces in the Friars holding their opponents to totals in the 50’s in their last two contests. The Friars will look to keep their momentum going as the end of the regular season approaches.
